In the commercial field NZ Waterproofing Specialists has been involved in new Apartment buildings, Schools, Office Warehouses, Retail premises etc... from the installation of basement waterproofing, car park waterproofing, decks and balconies, planter boxes, internal wet areas, roofs and gutters.
We also deal closely with building managers on remedial and maintenance work on existing buildings. This can involve the application of specialised coatings to cladding that are delaminating and allowing water ingress and iron roofs that have corroded.
We can also offer a program of maintenance which can be scheduled on a annual or bi-annual basis which greatly benefits the lifetime of the existing systems of the building.
